Company Overview
We are headquartered in Pennsauken, NJ just across the Betsy Ross Bridge from Philadelphia. Our headquarters has recently doubled in size to accommodate growth and a new training & conference center. We also have locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida.
We are an IT Solutions Provider serving the technology needs of small and medium size businesses across the United States. Our solutions have been deployed at over 1000 customer sites nationwide.
We focus on three primary areas of technology -
Network Services and Support, Customer Relationship Management and Business Telephone Systems/VoIP.
We are a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner with competencies in Network Infrastructure
and
Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
We are also a member of the Microsoft Dynamics President's
Club. President's Club represents a small group of top
Microsoft Partners world-wide (top 5%) who reach key business milestones while
maintaining extremely high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are a Premiere GoldMine Solutions Partner and have over 14 years experience implementing
 GoldMine CRM solutions.
Additionally we are a Dell Large Account Reseller enabling us to offer the best prices on
Dell equipment to our customers. We also provide Symantec, SonicWall, APC, and many other innovative products.
We are also a member of the International Association of Managed Service
Providers (MSPAlliance). The
MSPAlliance is the oldest Managed Services group and the only Accrediting and
Standards based body for the Managed Services Industry.
Executive Background
Beringer Associates, Inc. was founded in 1993 by current President and CEO Craig J. Beringer to assist businesses in managing their technology investments.
Prior to founding Beringer Associates Craig held position as Vice President of Operations for GRS Electronics, a leading distributor of electronic components based in Camden, NJ. Part of Craig's responsibilities included managing the IT infrastructure at GRS, a 300 employee multiple location business.
Craig's growth strategy and primary business philosophy has always been
"good work leads to more work". This philosophy has enabled us to achieve one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry.
"It's really quite simple, treat the customer fairly, provide good value and world-class support". Craig currently focuses primarily on the operations side of the business.
In 1995 David J. Buggy joined Beringer Associates as Vice President/Partner.
David attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology, a division of Penn State where he studied computer science. David has been in the technology field for over 20 years holding various positions including systems consultant, network consultant, and prior to joining Beringer Associates spent 5 years as Manager of EDI and Third Party Support Services at Prophet 21, a leading software company that provides ERP solutions to the supply chain industry.
David has in-depth knowledge and experience in local & wide area networking, telecommunications, distribution management systems and customer relationship management. He is periodically featured in industry trade publications and as a guest speaker at industry events. David focuses primarily on Sales and Marketing.

We have an off-site data center located about a mile from our headquarters in
Pennsauken, NJ.
Our Data Center is a state of the art facility that is linked through industrial strength
redundant Cisco routers, into redundant UUNet, MCI, and GTE International OC-3 lines
with auto-failover. This state-of-the-art network infrastructure assures your
site/server is available 24 hours a day.
