Click-to-Dial
This integration provides click-to-dial functionality from within
Microsoft Dynamics CRM. An icon is added to the phone number fields
in Microsoft CRM, when clicked it dials the number:

Click-to-dial icons are available on Accounts, Contacts, Leads and
Phone Calls.
Inbound Screen Pop
When a call is received the integration searches for a record in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a matching phone number. Once the record
is located it pops the record on the screen:
