Beringer Acquires IRIS
Beringer Associates Inc. announced today
that it has completed the acquisition of Intelligent Resource
Information Solutions (IRIS), a well-respected IT services provider.
The acquisition will allow Pennsauken, NJ based Beringer Associates
to deliver an expanded range of technology products and services to
