We utilize the latest technologies including:
Incident Tracking System - We utilize the
Microsoft CRM system for tracking all support incidents. Our system
automatically sends the requestor an email with a description of the
case and contact details for the representative assigned to the
case.
Remote Connectivity Solution - we utilize an
appliance based remote access solution that allows us to connect to
virtually any device over the Internet. This unit records every
remote session for review if needed and allows us to centrally
control employee access to customer equipment.
IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform - we
utilize a very high-end ITSM platform for performing
Managed Network Services. This
platform allows us to proactively monitor our customers network 24
hours a day, perform patch management, monitor and maintain backups
and antivirus, manage equipment re-boots and much more.
All of our employees have complete background checks performed on
a regular basis.
We offer a variety of support packages including full
Managed Network Services,
as-needed hourly services, blocks of support hours and monthly

Meet Nick Hahn
Director of
Support Services
Nick Hahn leads our
Technical Support and Help Desk department. Nick has been
with Beringer Associates since 2006 where he started as a
Technical Support Representative.
Nick is a Microsoft
Certified Professional (MCP) and has in-depth experience in
local and wide area networking, IP routing, connectivity and
many other technologies.
In 2007 Nick was promoted
to lead our Support Department. Nick's responsibilities
include managing the daily operations of the Help Desk and
scheduling on-site service.
