System Views vs My Views – Part Two of Two

Sharing "My Views" with Teams
In Part One, I talked about the differences between System Views and My Views. I also mentioned that whenever possible to filter by dynamic values (current user, manager, territory, last month, next year, etc.).

What if you work for a company that has several different divisions and your user base works across multiple divisions? They would want to have access to their views but they don't necessarily have to see all of the views for all of the other divisions.

The Problem
Our team recently came across an issue where customers reported to us that the CRM Client for Outlook appears to be properly configured and connected, but the CRM records do not display as expected.
The Symptoms
The problem manifests as “waiting for a page to be retrieved” and the expected records from CRM are never brought after waiting over an hour.

Microsoft Flow is coming to the next release of Dynamics 365

There's a lot of new and exciting functionality coming to the next version of Dynamics 365. One of my favorites is Microsoft's commitment to incorporate Flow directly into Dynamics 365. This gives you the ability to create integrations from within Dynamics 365 without ever having to leave the user interface!

What is Microsoft Flow?
Flow is an app that allows you to automate your workflows.
