Implementation Specialist

Self-motivated individual that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business problems leveraging technology solutions. Responsibilities

The right candidate for the role will have the ability to:

  • Participate in technical design sessions; architect and document solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
  • Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis, document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and solutions
  • Design business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
  • Develop solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & XRM), Office 365 and Scribe Online platforms
  • Configure and extend capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through user interface, creation of new entities, forms, workflows, reports and 3rd party applications
  • Manage technical scopes and client expectations
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure that high quality, functional solutions are delivered
  • Participate in and provide training to clients and co-workers

Skills:

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Scribe Online is a plus
  • Experience in configuration and implementation of business applications
