Enhanced Bidirectional Synchronization for Dynamics 365 & Prophet 21 (Ticket 22176)

We’ve improved the performance and reliability of bidirectional synchronization between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Epicor Prophet 21. These enhancements help ensure customer, contact, and account information stay aligned across both platforms with greater consistency and efficiency.

Automatic Ship-To Record Creation (Ticket 21673)

DataSyncCloud Distribution now automatically creates Ship-To records during account creation scenarios driven by bidirectional integration between Dynamics 365 and Prophet 21. This enhancement reduces manual setup steps and helps maintain accurate customer fulfillment information across systems.

Restored Product Deactivation Processing (Ticket 17782)

Improvements have been made to product deactivation functionality, ensuring inactive products are properly processed and synchronized throughout the integration workflow. This helps maintain cleaner product catalogs and more accurate operational data.
