November 2026 DataSyncCloud Release
Proactive Support. Intelligent Monitoring. Better Customer Success.
The November 2026 DataSyncCloud release is focused on one goal: helping Beringer deliver a more proactive Cloud Apps Success Services experience.
Supporting modern cloud applications requires more than responding when something breaks. Organizations need visibility into the health of their applications, integrations, automation, credentials, and capacity so potential issues can be identified and addressed before they become larger business disruptions.
This release brings DataSyncCloud and Dynamics 365 Customer Service closer together to support that model. DataSyncCloud continuously monitors key elements of the customer’s cloud application environment, while Dynamics 365 Customer Service provides the support workflow for tracking, investigating, and resolving the issues DataSyncCloud identifies.
The result is an increasingly proactive support model where DataSyncCloud identifies conditions requiring attention, Dynamics 365 creates an actionable service record, and Beringer’s Cloud Apps team has the information needed to respond.
🚀 Enhancing Beringer Cloud Apps Success Services
Beringer’s Cloud Apps Success Services are designed to help customers successfully operate and continuously improve their Microsoft business applications after implementation.
The November release expands the technology behind those services.
DataSyncCloud’s monitoring framework has been significantly enhanced to monitor customer environments more reliably, evaluate individual conditions independently, and surface actionable issues directly into the support process.
Instead of relying exclusively on a user to discover a problem and open a support request, DataSyncCloud can identify supported conditions automatically and create or update the appropriate case in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
That creates a fundamentally better support experience: monitor the environment, identify the condition, create an actionable case, and give the support team the context needed to investigate.
🔍 Proactive Monitoring Powered by DataSyncCloud
At the center of the November release is a major enhancement to the DataSyncCloud monitoring platform.
Monitoring processes now operate independently, providing better fault isolation and helping ensure that an issue with one monitoring process does not prevent other monitors from completing. Improved orchestration and logging also provide greater visibility into monitoring execution and failures.
DataSyncCloud also provides more granular issue identification. Rather than grouping unrelated automation failures together, supported monitoring processes can generate individual service cases for discrete issues.
This allows Beringer’s Cloud Apps team to manage each issue independently and gives customers greater visibility into exactly what requires attention.
🎫 Turning Monitoring Signals into Customer Service
Monitoring becomes much more valuable when it connects directly to the support process.
DataSyncCloud integrates monitoring results with Dynamics 365 Customer Service so detected conditions can become actionable support cases. When an unresolved issue continues to occur, DataSyncCloud can update the existing case with additional monitoring history rather than unnecessarily creating duplicate cases.
Once an issue has been resolved and closed, a later recurrence can be represented as a new support case, preserving the history of the earlier occurrence while giving the new event its own lifecycle.
This creates a stronger connection between application monitoring and service delivery, allowing Beringer’s Cloud Apps team to manage proactively detected issues alongside traditional customer-reported support requests.
☁️ Proactive Power Platform Capacity Monitoring
The November release introduces a new Power Platform Capacity monitor designed to identify potential storage constraints.
DataSyncCloud evaluates Dataverse database, file, and log storage and can identify environments where remaining capacity falls below a configured threshold. The initial monitoring implementation evaluates against a 20% remaining-capacity threshold.
When the threshold is breached, DataSyncCloud can generate a Dynamics 365 Customer Service case with details about the affected environment and storage condition.
For Cloud Apps Success Services customers, this creates another opportunity to identify an emerging operational concern before it becomes a larger platform issue.
🔐 Azure Application Credential Monitoring
DataSyncCloud’s Azure App Registration monitoring has also been expanded.
In addition to monitoring client-secret expiration, DataSyncCloud can now evaluate certificate-based credentials associated with Azure App Registrations. Certificate expiration information can be identified alongside client secrets and surfaced through the same monitoring and support process.
When an applicable credential condition is identified, DataSyncCloud can provide application and credential information through a dedicated support case.
For customers relying on Azure App Registrations to connect business applications and services, this expands the visibility available through Beringer’s proactive monitoring services.
DataSyncCloud Core Release Highlights
🏗️ Next-Generation Monitoring Architecture
The DataSyncCloud monitoring framework has been rearchitected to provide more reliable, scalable, and observable monitoring across supported customer environments.
Monitoring processes can operate independently, with configurable scheduling and improved isolation between different monitors. Shared processing patterns provide greater consistency around retries, ticketing, logging, and monitoring results.
These changes establish a stronger foundation for Beringer to continue adding proactive monitoring capabilities to Cloud Apps Success Services.
🎯 More Actionable Support Cases
Monitoring alerts are most useful when the support team knows exactly what requires attention.
Supported DataSyncCloud monitors can now create individual cases for discrete automation and application issues, including conditions involving Power Automate flows, Dynamics 365 workflows and system jobs, pending Dynamics 365 email processes, and Azure App Registrations.
This gives each detected issue its own service lifecycle within Dynamics 365 Customer Service instead of combining unrelated failures into a larger monitoring ticket.
🔄 Improved Case Continuity
DataSyncCloud also improves how recurring monitoring events are handled.
When the same unresolved condition is detected again, the existing support case can be updated with additional monitoring information rather than creating unnecessary duplicates. If an issue was previously resolved and later occurs again, a new support case can represent the new occurrence.
This provides Beringer support resources with better historical visibility while keeping active service queues more actionable.
☁️ Power Platform Capacity Awareness
New Power Platform capacity monitoring expands Success Services visibility across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
DataSyncCloud can evaluate Dataverse database, file, and log capacity and surface environments requiring attention through Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
This capability supports a more proactive approach to platform administration by allowing capacity conditions to enter the support process before the customer has to report them.
🔐 Expanded Azure Credential Monitoring
Azure App Registration monitoring now covers both client secrets and certificates, helping identify credentials approaching expiration.
Credential type, expiration information, and application information can be included in the monitoring results used to generate service cases, giving support teams clearer information for investigation and remediation.
🔗 Improved Dynamics 365 Synchronization
The November release also includes enhancements to DataSyncCloud’s Dynamics processing framework.
Upsert processing has been improved to better preserve record identity when a record identifier is supplied. Existing records can follow the appropriate update path, while new records can retain their supplied identifiers when applicable.
These improvements help provide more predictable synchronization behavior and reduce the risk of unnecessary duplicate records.
🔄 Enhanced ConnectWise Agreement Synchronization
ConnectWise Manage agreement synchronization has been expanded to provide richer information for downstream service processes.
DataSyncCloud can now evaluate agreement status, including Cancelled, Expired, and Inactive conditions, while also synchronizing additional information such as Agreement Type and Department.
These enhancements improve the agreement information available across connected systems and provide a stronger foundation for customer service and entitlement-related processes.
💳 Safer ConnectWise Payment Processing
ConnectWise Manage payment processing has also been refined to better protect payment and credit activity originating from other processes.
When DataSyncCloud replaces its managed payment, processing preserves WisePay payments, credits, and other non-standard payment activity rather than removing unrelated financial transactions.
This creates safer synchronization behavior when multiple processes contribute payment activity to the same ConnectWise invoice.
⏱️ Improved Time Entry Synchronization
ConnectWise Manage time-entry processing now provides more predictable handling of existing time records.
When an existing time-entry identifier is available, DataSyncCloud can update the corresponding entry rather than generating an additional record. New time entries continue to be created when an existing identifier is not present.
Looking Ahead
The November release represents an important evolution in how Beringer combines DataSyncCloud, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Cloud Apps Success Services.
DataSyncCloud is increasingly becoming the intelligence and monitoring layer behind the service. It watches supported portions of the customer environment, evaluates conditions, and surfaces actionable information. Dynamics 365 Customer Service provides the service-management layer where those issues can be tracked and managed. Beringer’s Cloud Apps team then provides the expertise needed to investigate and resolve the underlying business or technical issue.
Together, these capabilities create a more proactive model for supporting modern cloud business applications.
The goal isn’t simply to know when something has failed. It’s to identify emerging issues earlier, put the right information in front of the right support resources, and provide customers with a more proactive Cloud Apps Success Services experience.
