The “CRM Enabled Distributors Outperform their Competition” session will be on October 15 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dave will examine CRM for distribution and highlight a “day in the life” of a distribution sales professional. Attendees will learn how they can gain insight into their competitors’ win rates and promote collaboration among office teams and workers in the field through a Microsoft Certified Solution Pack – available via on-site or cloud-based suites.

“CRM Confession: Best Practices for Wholesale Distributors” will take place on October 17 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The session will highlight today’s market challenges for selling products and services. Dave will explain the increasing competition among distributors to support customer demands for every items they purchase. Although companies face strong opposition, firms also have an opportunity to set themselves apart from their rivals through a successful CRM implementation.
