The “CRM Enabled Distributors Outperform their Competition” session will be on October 15 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dave will examine CRM for distribution and highlight a “day in the life” of a distribution sales professional. Attendees will learn how they can gain insight into their competitors’ win rates and promote collaboration among office teams and workers in the field through a Microsoft Certified Solution Pack – available via on-site or cloud-based suites.

“CRM Confession: Best Practices for Wholesale Distributors” will take place on October 17 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The session will highlight today’s market challenges for selling products and services.
