Do you store documents in SharePoint, but don’t know how to integrate it with Dynamics 365? Dynamics 365 offers a native SharePoint integration that is quick and easy to set up! Unfortunately, for organizations that have a custom SharePoint structure already in place, you may run into some road blocks.
Are You Fully Embracing Cloud Technology?
I hear that you are looking to move to the cloud. That's great, but what does that mean to you? Are you simply looking to move off an aging infrastructure, or should there be more to your cloud migration strategy?
I recently worked with a client who wanted to move his website up to the cloud.
Dynamics 365 (online) version 9.0 is here and there are some important developer changes you should know about! In addition to deprecated client-side code, the Dynamics 365 SDK will be retired and replaced with what Microsoft is calling the "Developer Guide". Developers use the current SDK to search for coding compatibility, access tools such as the Plugin Registration tool and access coding samples and references to the libraries (.dll's) for use in their projects.
Dynamics 365 Virtual Entities
Dynamics 365 v9 is here, and it's packed tight with new features and enhancements! My favorite is the introduction of virtual entities, but are they the right fit for you?
What are Virtual Entities?
Virtual entities provide a way to view data from an external data source inside Dynamics 365. This is not a data integration, but a way to see real time data in a format that's already familiar to your end users.
Important changes are coming in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement version 9! Microsoft has outlined them here. Microsoft will perform the Dynamics 365 upgrade for those currently on Dynamics 365 Online, so it’s important to be aware of these changes!
Custom functionally may need to be updated by your Partner or CRM Admin.
Are you ready to migrate to the cloud? If so, how will you maintain your integrations during this transition? Maybe I can help by painting you a picture of an integration. This is a picture that Beringer Technology Group has painted hundreds of times for our clients, and I hope it can help you.
What are Vector Images?
We've been exploring the Preview of Dynamics 365 Potassium (v9) and are eager to share some of the cool new features with you! One in particular is the added support of Vector Image Web Resources with a type of SVG. SVG is short for scalable vector graphics and is a common W3C standard xml-based markup language for creating 2D vector images.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ♥ Azure App Services
Peanut Butter & Jelly ..... Cookies & Milk ..... Han Solo & Chewbacca
There's been some great pairings that have stood the test of time. Individually they each have their unique strengths, but combining them makes an unstoppable duo! I've been working in the Microsoft space for my entire career, and want to nominate another amazing couple: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure App Services
What is Dynamics 365 CRM?
Dynamics 365 CRM stands for customer relationship management.
Are you using Dynamics 365 to compliment your workforce automation? Dynamics 365 allows both admins and developers to automate processes such as performing routine business calculations, sending friendly reminders to end users or customers, creating scheduled activities and much more! These processes are often controlled by Workflows.
There's a lot of new and exciting functionality coming to the next version of Dynamics 365. One of my favorites is Microsoft's commitment to incorporate Flow directly into Dynamics 365. This gives you the ability to create integrations from within Dynamics 365 without ever having to leave the user interface!
What is Microsoft Flow?
Flow is an app that allows you to automate your workflows.
