Quick Fixes

• Reboot Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can work wonders. Give your computer a fresh start and see if that clears things up.
• Update Your Office: Keep your Office suite up-to-date. Head to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and grab those latest updates.
• Repair Your Office: Got a stubborn issue? Use Office’s built-in repair tool. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Office, and choose Quick Repair or Online Repair.

Deeper Dive

• Check for Device Conflicts: New hardware can sometimes clash with Office. Head to Device Manager and keep an eye out for any warning signs. Update drivers or check compatibility, to sort things out.
• Disable Those Add-ins: Add-ins can be troublemakers. Try opening Office in Safe Mode (hold Ctrl while starting) to see if the problem goes away. If so, disable add-ins in File > Options > Add-ins.
• Watch Out for Antivirus Interference: Your antivirus might be getting a little too protective. Temporarily turn it off to see if it’s the culprit. If so, update your antivirus or adjust its settings.

Last Resort

If nothing else works, a clean reinstall of your Office suite might be necessary. Uninstall Office from Control Panel and reinstall it using your Microsoft account or product key.
