Microsoft Power Platform Power Platform is a cloud-based suite of business solutions that includes low/no-code app development, workflow automation, business intelligence, and data analytics in a rich environment of integrations with Microsoft and third-party apps.

We've been busy renewing and taking new certifications. One certification that we recently passed is the Exam PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer. This exam is designed to measure our knowledge in developing within the power platform. Some of the key components measured are: Configuring the Microsoft Dataverse If you're not familiar with what this service is, it is basically your own secure, cloud-based database to manage and use with multiple business applications (such as those in the Microsoft power platform). It comes with some pre-built tables to store data such as Customers, Leads, Opportunities, but you can easily create your own custom tables specific to your business needs.

Recently, we encountered an issue with Dynamics 365 where the Activity Dropdown no longer displays options for activities when attempting to add them directly to the related record. It would display a message stating "No Options Available" or it would stay stuck "Loading" like in the below screenshot.

As you may already know, Microsoft pushes out two upgrades to Dynamics 365 Online each year. The upgrades, known as Wave 1 and Wave 2, are pushed out to Dynamics customers in different regions around the globe on dates set by Microsoft.
