We are seeking a Senior Level Technical Support Engineer to fill a position created due to steady growth.
This position will be responsible for providing Technical Support and IT Administration services to our clients and assisting other engineers in a tier two capacity. Responsibilities include: fielding support requests on a variety of technologies including Microsoft server OS issues, desktop OS and application issues, backup issues, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server and general network and connectivity issues.
This position will also be responsible for providing remote IT Administration services including patch management, server and workstation preventative maintenance and monitoring. Occasional travel to local client sites required.
Must be extremely thorough, organized, professional and dedicated. Must also be customer focused. Previous experience with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server, Exchange Server and Symantec BackupExec required. Must be comfortable working in a small company atmosphere.
