Beringer Recognized as Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Once Again

At Beringer we are very proud to be recognized again this year in the top 1% of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem by earning our Gold and Silver Competencies in Customer Relationship Management, Cloud Productivity and Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions.

Gold Certified Partners are the top level of Microsoft’s solutions partners and represent the highest recognition for organizations offering services in Microsoft Technologies. The Gold Certification is an endorsement from Microsoft that recognizes Knowledge, Skill, Commitment, Quality Delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Further, it is not awarded through a simple classroom process; to reach the Gold partner level requires a demonstration of real world deployments, proctored exams to certify the skills of our professionals and independent verification by Microsoft.

In Microsoft’s own words, “a gold competency is evidence of the deepest, most consistent commitment to a specific, in-demand, business solution area.” A gold certification will also grant a company early access to the most current internal use software, special tools and expanded support from Microsoft, which is a very real advantage over companies that have not achieved the same level of expertise. This access allows the professionals at Beringer to gain early access to Microsoft software before it is made generally available to the public. This enables us to help you plan for and decide how and when you should take advantage of new features and upgrades within your Microsoft Technology & Applications.

As a part of our Partner Renewal this year, we undertook an extensive training and recertification process of our entire CRM Team. We also participated in a Customer Satisfaction Survey of our customer base which was completed by an independent research company, on behalf of Microsoft. I am very proud to report that today, The Beringer Team has more Microsoft Certified Professionals on staff with multiple certifications than ever before in the company’s history and we ranked well above all partners in both the US and Worldwide on all Customer Satisfaction Key Performance Indicators that were measured.
