Are you ready for your CRM 2016 U1 upgrade?

CRM 2016 U1 is here and it’s full of new enhancements!  If you currently work in Dynamics CRM Online, then you’ve most likely received a notification to schedule your upgrade. I’ll bet you can’t wait to upgrade and take advantage of all the new features … but should you? Microsoft goes out of their way to ensure a smooth transition between their versions, but there is some deprecated functionality that will affect your system.

CRM for Distribution version 2016.0.16 is ready for release!

In this latest version, we’ve tested & certified that CRM for Distribution is ready for the latest release of Microsoft CRM 2016.  We’ve also added enhancements to the sales history process and the Outlook client, as well as implemented some fixes to ensure CRM for Distribution is running optimally.  Please reach out to discuss scheduling your upgrade.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Mainstream Support Announcement

Mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is scheduled to end on July 12, 2016. With the end of mainstream support, Microsoft will no longer accept product design or feature change requests. Microsoft will continue to support Security Patches and Fixes until the end of extended support which is scheduled to end on July 13, 2016. To ensure your business is not open to vulnerabilities, now is a great time to plan ahead and schedule an update.
