Additional Predictions with Machine Learning
Microsoft is making it easier to generate predictions based on unified profiles in Customer Insights. These capabilities will help you to get a deeper understanding of customer patterns, and empower you to make well informed decisions. Microsoft is releasing two guided experiences, which can predict transactional churn and recommend products. These experiences will likely lean on Microsoft’s machine learning capabilities, and leverage a model that can be tailored to your data.
Machine learning is not new to Dynamics 365. Microsoft has previewed quite a few machine learning models in the past, but they never seem to stick with the product. Back in 2017, Microsoft previewed two models to help you make product recommendations and to analyze service case topics. Neither were released. It appears that Microsoft is now focusing on the user experience, and betting that additional predictions will find their way into your daily routine.
