Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Release Preview: Sales Features
In the upcoming Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 release, code named “Vega”, there will be several new features added as part of the Sales module in CRM. This part 4 of a 5-part blog series describing these new features.
1. Guided Sales Processes – increased complexity of business processes, now with branched logic and application across all devices
2. Product Families – ability to create product “bundles” for related items, create offerings for up-sell and cross-sell items, as well as additional accessories or alternatives for out of stock items
3. Sales Hierarchies – enhanced view of Account, Products or User in a drill down and graphical format to show overall status, sub-records, related users, sharing options, newest posts and more
4. CRM for Tablets Enhancements – new updated personalized home page and dashboards, with the option to pin key records and analytical data to a tablet-enabled dashboard and then access from any device; new records can be created offline and synced once network access is available
