Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 Marketing

Since Microsoft has launched Dynamics 365 for Marketing in the spring of 2018, they  have been striving to become the leading marketing automation solution. With other marketing automation tools integrating seamlessly with Dynamics 365 CRM such as ClickDimensions and Act-On, it will be interesting to see how Microsoft continues to separate themselves.

One of the new features that I am particularly fond of is that Dynamics 365 for Marketing now allows users to run webinars and meetings using direct integration with Microsoft Teams. In recent times, we have seen an increasingly large number of businesses transitioning online. Webinars, virtual meetings and events are all ways Dynamics 365 Marketing will integrate with Microsoft Teams. If you currently are using Microsoft Teams and are looking to improve marketing for your business, Dynamics 365 for Marketing may be the solution to bring you to the next level.
